A person approves the source
Every sale a brand or our team adds is approved by a person. A store is approved by a person before we read any of its products.

Where our sales come from, what we check before they show, how often we check again, and what we can’t promise.Where sales come from, and what we check.

Every sale on BrowseSale comes one of three ways.
A brand that has joined BrowseSale adds its own sale. A person on our team approves it before it shows.
We find a sale on a brand’s own website and add it. It is approved before it shows, like any other.
For stores we have approved, our system reads each product’s name, prices and stock from the store’s own pages.
Before a sale shows, and while it stays on BrowseSale.
Every sale a brand or our team adds is approved by a person. A store is approved by a person before we read any of its products.
Every link must point to the brand’s own website address. We check it when the sale is saved and again when you tap it.
The old price must be higher than the sale price, and the item must be in stock. Anything that fails waits for a person.
Store products are re-checked twice a day, around midnight and midday in the store’s own time. If a product hasn’t been checked for 26 hours, we hide it.
If a price or link is wrong, report it from the sale’s page. A person looks at every report.
We only list sales we find on each brand’s own website.
Sale price, the brand’s old price, the % off, and when we last checked.
An end date only when the brand gives one. No countdowns.
Brands can’t pay to be placed higher in our sale lists.
Sales added by brands or by our team: yes, a person approves each one before it shows, and a brand’s changes go back for approval. Store products: a person approves the store first; after that, each product is checked automatically twice a day (around midnight and midday, local time) against the rules above. Anything that doesn’t pass, and anything unusual (a discount above 70%, an old price that went up, a price that moved by more than 30%), is taken down and waits for a person.
No. We list any real reduction the brand’s own site shows, even a small one, and we always show the exact percentage so you can decide.
By points, the same for every brand: up to 40 for the size of the discount (counted up to 70% off, so a wild claim can’t dominate), 25 for a sale that started today fading to 0 after a week, up to 15 for how much is on sale, 10 if we checked it in the last day, and later a little for what shoppers open and save. The home page also shows one sale per brand first. Nobody can pay for a place.
From the store itself: it’s the price the store shows crossed out. We don’t work it out or change it. The % off is rounded to a whole number.
Only from the brand. If the brand doesn’t give one, we say so. We never add countdowns.
No. Brands can’t pay to move up our sale lists. If we ever show paid spots, they will be clearly labelled and kept separate.
Prices can change after our last check. Open the sale and tap “Report a wrong price”, or use this page. For now you need a free account to send a report.
BrowseSale is a starting point. The brand’s own website is the final word.
The brand sets these, and they can change after our last check. Always check the final price on the brand’s website before you pay.
We cover a growing list of brands, not all of them. An empty category doesn’t mean there are no sales anywhere else.
Prices are shown in the brand’s currency. A sale marked for certain countries only shows there; worldwide sales show everywhere.
