Terms of use
These are the rules for using browsesale.com, run by Tavero Labs (“BrowseSale”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them. They are short on purpose. Last updated: 8 November 2026.
1. What BrowseSale is
BrowseSale lists sales and discounts that brands announce on their own websites, so you can find them in one place. We do not sell anything, take payment, or deliver products. Buying always happens on the brand’s own website, under that brand’s terms.
2. Prices and discounts
Every price, discount and end date on BrowseSale is what the brand’s website showed when we last checked it. We show the time of the last check on each sale. Brands change prices, stock and conditions without telling us, so the brand’s website is always the final word. We cannot guarantee that a price or discount is still available when you arrive there.
3. Our promises
We list sales from brands’ own websites only. We do not invent sales, we do not use fake timers or urgency, and no brand can pay to be placed higher in our lists. If we ever show sponsored content, it will be clearly labelled and kept separate from the sale lists.
4. Reporting mistakes
If a price, discount or link is wrong, tell us from the “Report a wrong price” link on the sale’s page or from the report page. A person checks every report against the brand’s website. A report on its own never removes a sale.
5. Brands and trademarks
Brand names, logos and product pictures belong to their owners. BrowseSale is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with any brand unless we say so. If you own a brand and want a listing corrected or removed, write to hello@browsesale.com and we will act within 3 working days.
6. Accounts
You must give a working email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We can close accounts that abuse the site (for example sending false reports in bulk).
7. What we are not responsible for
Because we are not the seller, we are not responsible for the products, prices, delivery, returns or customer service of any brand, or for anything that happens on a brand’s website. The site is provided “as is”: we work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it is always error-free or always online. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to zero, because we never charge you.
8. Using the site fairly
You may not copy our listings in bulk, run automated tools against the site, or try to break into it. Reasonable personal use and linking to our pages is welcome.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If any part is found invalid, the rest still applies.
